Felicitación navideña
El 2019 tocó celebrar el año chino del cerdo de tierra. Y no pude reprimir el impulso de montar un vídeo animando a la gente a ser más cerda. Mucho mucho más cerda.
2019 was the Chinese Year of the Earth Pig. And I couldn’t resist the urge to make a video encouraging people to be more piggish. Much, much more piggish.

No me gustan demasiado las felicitaciones de navidad. Cada año, se nos llena el correo de mensajes de marcas de todo tipo, proveedores… no nos entendáis mal, es algo útil y que se agradece (mucho), pero es muy complicado destacar en la bandeja de entrada o los grupos de whatsapp. Por eso, desde hace unos años acostumbro a felicitar el año chino, que es un poco más tarde y pilla por sorpresa a la gente.
Como no quería ofender a nadie, hice dos montajes, uno para adultos y otro para todos los públicos. Lamentablemente, youtube censuró el primero a las pocas horas de publicarse, ¿por qué sería?
I’m not a big fan of Christmas greetings. Every year, our inboxes are flooded with messages from all sorts of brands, suppliers… don’t get me wrong, it’s useful and much appreciated, but it’s really hard to stand out in the inbox or WhatsApp groups. That’s why, for the last few years, I’ve made it a habit to send Chinese New Year greetings, which are a bit later and catch people by surprise.
Since I didn’t want to offend anyone, I made two versions, one for adults and one for all audiences. Unfortunately, YouTube censored the first one a few hours after it was published. I wonder why?
Pero muy cerdos
Las piezas están hechas de un modo casero, con imágenes robadas de internet y locutadas con loquendo para que fuera más surrealista. El mensaje me sigue encantando y os animo, lo veáis en el año que lo veáis, a ser más cerdos.
The pieces are homemade, using images stolen from the internet and narrated with text-to-speech to make it more surreal.I still love the message, and I encourage you, no matter when you see it, to be more filthy.
